On April 27th, Quattro Books had the honour and pleasure of participating at the Blue Metropolis Literary Festival in Montreal, Quebec. We featured two Montreal writers whose new books were fresh from our Spring 2013 list: World of Glass by Jocelyne Dubois and The Sandbar by Jean-Paul Daoust. We also offered up some choice pickings from our recent fall 2012 list including A.F. Moritz’ gorgeous translation of Ludwig Zeller’s poems, The Rules of the Game, and Claudio Gaudio’s lyrically charged, innovative novel, Texas. As a special treat, Quattro president John Calabro stepped up and read from his Le cousin, the recent translation of The Cousin into French through French wonder press, Levesque Editeur.
